Style 1: Leg Warmers plus Flats and Tights
Combination of leg warmers and leggings are often called footless
tights. Black tights and black leg warmers looks classic and would make
it seem like you are boots. To achieve the look, bunch the leg warmers
a little bit and with more emphasis around the ankle area. It shouldn't
be so low that its dragging on the ground. There should also be an
overlap between the the shoe and the warmer.
Style 2: Pair it with Pumps
Wearing leg warmers with pumps is a little bit bold so you will need a
little bit more guts to be able to carry this ensemble. Use pumps that
are either nude, brown, black or gray. Don't pair your leg warmers with
stripper heels that glow-in-the-dark because it will look odd, unless
that's the effect you're going for.

Instead of wearing tights, you can use leg warmers. Wear it with skirts
that are too short to make the look more modest. As with the shoes, you
can pair it pumps, boots, flats as long as the colors are neutral.

To add texture and more warmth during winter seasons, wear your leg
warmer like socks. Just make it peek above your calf-high boots to
achieve the look. This will also work with ankle-high boots.
